This project of three town houses was completed for a Heywood based "first–time" developer, and we were able to guide them through the process of delivering the project onto site whilst complying with all the aspects concerning building regulations and registering for NHBC warranty.
The project was completed on a design and build basis and we achieved a very high standard whilst providing value for money kitchens and bathrooms to suit the client's budget.
Such was the popularity and standard of these properties, one purchaser actually bought two of the houses!

This project of two contemporary homes provided a real test of our technical skill, as the architect produced more than forty drawings detailing the various aspects of the construction. The aluminium gull wing roofs complemented the locally sourced grey natural stone, and the large windows at ground and first floor afforded views over the adjacent meadows.
A water treatment plant was installed to accommodate the two houses, and the interior quality was added to by the inclusions of highly polished concrete floors, beech veneered doors, beech faced plywood ceilings and underfloor heating.

We arranged the design of this luxury family home consisting of five bedrooms and acres of living space at ground floor level. It was constructed out of natural stone, sympathetic to the local area. We also commissioned the design of a “silent-floor” system which allows longer joist spans without the use of interim beams, meaning that the ground floor areas are not interrupted by too many walls and columns.
The use of vibro-piling on this project was a cost effective and practical solution to the poor ground conditions, and an existing sewer serving the estate at the rear of the site had to be accommodated to allow the scheme to proceed.
