Places of Worship

Turnstone Developments Ltd has completed several projects on places of worship with a considerable degree of success. These range from the upgrading of toilet facilities, vestry and disabled toilets, to the refurbishment of a fellowship area to create a new kitchen, toilet and store room, along with a specialist stainless steel and toughened glass balustrade. This project also included a feature staircase out of oak.

This type of work requires a sensitive and patient approach towards clients who often have no knowledge of the building industry. Much of this work is grant assisted and this means that budgets are restricted. In addition, many of these buildings have listed status (see Barn Conversions, Listed Buildings, Historic Buildings).
